Daniel studied a degree in Engineering at Harper Adams University, and subsequently worked in AgTech for 5 years before returning to the farm in March 2021. Since then he has been working alongside his dad and getting up to speed with the complexity of running an upland farm. They farm around 380Ha with a mix of suckler cows (160), sheep (700 ewes) and cereals. Daniel and his Dad have identified a need to simplify and streamline their system to make sure it is sustainable moving forward. The ONE AgriTech project is giving them a chance to try a variety of new technologies and understand which will be beneficial to their business moving forward.
